Private Events FAQs

How far in advance do I need to book my event?

Our private rooms/lanes book weeks to months in advance. Reservations are based upon availability and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We suggest you book reservations as early as you can to guarantee the time and date you desire. Reservations require a 50% deposit of the lane or room charge.

How long do most events book for?

Events are typically 2-4 hours long. That allows plenty of time for arrivals, getting shoes, bowling, and of course eating, drinking and having fun! We require a 2 hour minimum for all private events.

Can we bring in our own catering?

We cannot allow any outside food to be brought in other then a Birthday cake. All of our catering will be done in house.

Do you require a deposit?

We do require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable inside of 2 weeks.

How long does it take to bowl one game?

It will really depend on how many people you have on each lane. We say 6 people can bowl a game in 45 minutes – 1 hour.

Can I reserve lanes without doing a food/beverage package?

No. All private parties/lane reservations (outside of Friday and Saturday night after 5pm) will have food/beverage minimum requirements.

How early should I arrive for my event?

We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your event to begin getting checked in and getting shoe rentals. Your lanes will be ready at the time your party is scheduled to begin unless there are delays out of our control. Please remember to bring socks if you are bowling.

What happens if I am late for my party?

If you are running late please call and let us know. We start and end your lanes according to the times stated on your contract. Arriving late does not automatically extend the time of your event as we book events back to back.

Will my lanes be together?

Yes. When you schedule an event, your lanes are automatically reserved in a consecutive group.
